Custom Made Hairpieces

Signature Vacuum Hairpiece

1. Your Peggy Knight Solutions Vacuum hairpiece will take 4 to 6 months to manufacture.
2. A 50% deposit is required at the time of sale. Payment may be made by check, money order or credit card. A valid credit card number must be provided for our files at time of purchase to secure the order. Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to expected delivery date of the hairpiece. At that time, Peggy Knight Solutions will charge the balance due to the credit card on file unless instructed otherwise.
3. Per state law, California residents are subject to sales tax charges on Peggy Knight Solutions hairpieces. Sales tax is waived for California customers who provide PKS with a doctor´s prescription for a full cranial prosthesis before their order is completed. Prostheses purchased by non California residents are not subject to California sales tax.
4. A hair sample and/or fit cap will be sent to you approximately 2 months after the order is processed. You must approve these samples in writing before manufacturing can be completed.
5. All changes made to hair color will incur an additional charge of $250.00.
6. The Peggy Knight Solutions Signature Vacuum hairpiece has a 1 year warranty on workmanship, from the date of delivery. Hair Loss due to mechanical breakage caused by the wearer is not covered under this warranty.
7. All vacuum hairpieces require maintenance for beauty and longevity. Repair is recommended 9 months to 1 ½ years after receiving the hairpiece. Repair services are available through our company. Pieces more than 5 years old cannot be repaired, and more than 2 repairs per lifetime is not recommended.
8. The average life of a silicone based hairpiece is 2 to 4 years, depending on maintenance and care.
9. Styling is not included in the cost of your hairpiece. Peggy Knight Solutions may be able to refer you to a stylist in your area who is technically qualified to cut and style our products.
10. Children need to be molded each year as their heads typically grow until they are 10-12 years old.
11. No credits or refunds are available after the order and deposit have been processed. Vacuum hairpieces are not returnable.

Custom Ordered Cool Solutions Hairpiece

1. Your Peggy Knight custom Cool Solutions hairpiece will take approximately 4-6 weeks to manufacture.
2. Payment in full is due at the time of order.
3. Once payment is processed, your hairpiece is packaged and sent to you. We will provide you with notification of when your hairpiece has been sent to you along with a tracking number. All packages are sent with a signature required.
4. Per state law, California residents are subject to sales tax charges on Peggy Knight Solutions hairpieces. Sales tax is waived for California customers who provide PKS with a doctor´s prescription for a full cranial prosthesis before their order is completed. French Lace Front Hairpiece

1. Payment in full is due at the time of order.

4. Returns: this item may be returned to Peggy Knight Solutions within 7 days of its receipt by the customer if: a. Piece is in its original packaging, unaltered in any way b. Client pays for return shipping
5. Returns meeting the above conditions will be refunded less a 10% ($250.00) restocking fee. Returns not received within 7 days of delivery to client or those received altered in any way will not be refunded.
